Steve Liu, L.Ac.
Photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT) has been studied for decades and is now widely used in Western medical settings for pain modulation, tissue repair, and inflammation control. And Steve has been using it as an integral part of his acupuncture treatments for over 25 years with improved outcomes, better referrals, and strong, steady business revenue.
But it all starts with understanding laser/PBM use and technology in a medical setting.
For acupuncturists, laser acupuncture offers a powerful adjunct to needle based treatment.
It allows for precise stimulation of acupuncture points and tissues without needles, making it especially useful for sensitive patients, complex cases, or practitioners looking to expand their clinical toolkit.
This course gives you the scientific foundation and clinical framework needed to use PBMT confidently and appropriately within an acupuncture practice.
What You Will Learn
In this focused 3 CEU training, you will learn how to:
Understand the history and evolution of photobiomodulation and laser acupuncture
Explain how PBMT works and its bio stimulatory effects
